We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns (14-Day Policy)
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn, unused, with tags
- In the original packaging
- Returned with proof of purchase
To start a return, email us at production@therocketretail.com.
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back.

Damages or Issues
Please check your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care items (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return your current item.
Once your return is approved, place a separate order for the new item you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
The item must be in unused, original condition and returned with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund posting.
